ORDER PROCESS

Orders are being placed daily. Processing time takes like 7-10 business days. Once your order is shipped, I will provide you tracking number and will send you an email with tracking link. All posted items are shipped straight from the factory located abroad. Delivery itself takes like 2-3 weeks.

SHIPPING FEE

Flat shipping fee is $10 per order. Tracking number is provided once shoes are shipped and it will be send to your email. If you need an expedited shipping with Fedex, cost is $50 per order and delivery time is less than 7 business days. 

PRODUCT

All products on this website are custom made base on orders. Shoes are made with real leather, fur or suede. Towel sole inside, leather removable sole and quality made shoelaces. All shoes comes with dust bag.

RETURN

All customers are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Return shipping fee paid by seller - damaged item during transport, incorrect product or wrong size/color

Return shipping fee paid by customer - if you want different size, color or style. Your order was fulfilled correctly from the factory.

All return items must be unworn. Refund will be processed once returned item will be received to your original payment method.
